When ever the biofertilizers are added into the soil, their performance gets affected. What are the factors affecting their performance under field conditions and what are the optimum conditions (In general ) required for the effective performance under field conditions.
The management is the most important factor , in additional to biotic and abiotic factors especially Soil pH, soil EC , aeration, temperature ....etc
Biotic and a biotic facters especially soil pH, EC, aeration and management are the most important facctors.
Soil Temperature,pH,Biofertilizer source and species ,and soil aeration.
Whichever the factors affect the optimum performance of those beneficial microorganisms will affect effectivity and efficiency of fertilizer
Factors affecting the efficiency of biofertilizers are many, the most important of which are the C / N ratio, ventilation, soil moisture content, and degree of reaction PH of the soil.
The soil properties such as pH, EC, aeration and suitable moisture in additional to management are the most important factors affecting on it . On the other hand the type of bio-fertilizer is regards as an important factor.
When it comes to biofertilizer, the major factors are: good number and active microflora, neutral pH, good C/N ratio : 25, mature organic matter ( a stable substrat not prone to a further Degradation), and finally inplementing the suitable amount of it according to the soil in question. It is know that natural fertilization is effective after 3 cycles of its implementation.

Another factor affecting on availability of fertilizers in additional to factors mentioned by other researchers is:
time of application and mixing it with the soil ,it is better to apply bio fertilizers by mixing it with the soil at soil depth 30 cm before sowing.
We observed that temperature played a significant role, as we saw that when we applied the biofertilizers to our fields when it was cooler the effect was not that good and prominent as soon as the weather changed there was a drastic effect observed in the fields
The temperature is very important but its role is depends on type of fertilizer and the type of chemical reactions in the soil , and some times the interaction between them ,for example increase in temperature from 10 C to 45 C causes increase in nitrogen volatilization in NH3 form and causes increase in p-adsorption since phosphorus adsorption is endothermic reaction.On the other hand, increase in temperature causes increase in activity of Phosphorus solublizing bacteria then increase its availability.
