In those documents you will find all necessary data for you research and also many company like TSO (Transmission System Operator) and DSO (Distribution System Operator) have done such measurements and elaborates. Every new objects (high voltage overhead line or cable or substation) in power which will be build must have such documentation and have to have such measurement like a part of building permits documentation.
