What are the easiest ways to measure ROS in a specific brain area in free floating brain sections? How stable are the ROS products after perfusion?

I would like to measure ROS by measuring a good indicator of it such as lipid or protein based peroxidation markers etc. Do i need to perfuse he animal with PFA or saline, does PFA fixation affect the ROS quantification?
