As the lockdown is prevailing in most of the world, but in some countries, peoples start going to their jobs during this COVID19 crisis. During the working hours, the persons observed and faced so many difficulties along with some positive wives in the working field. Dear researchers kindly share your experience that how you handle such a situation in your way.

The difficulty is that you handled with everyone as they are infected and that everyone handled with you as you are infected. Also, the lack of motivation towards accomplishing what is required from you.

The difficulty is that we still do the work remotely. All experiments cannot be carried out in full.

In my opinion the worst thing is that we don't know the future. It is difficult to plan the activities when you don't know what happened in the next day/week/month. What's more everyone expects that we should be on-line 24 hours per day. And it is really difficult to work when you have 100 e-mails or more to read every day.
Following SOPs and then performig duty dosent give full satisfaction what we use to get under normal conditions.

The greatest difficulty that I faced while rejoining my professional field is the problem of maintaining continuity. I will give you a simple example. Before the lock down started, we were advertising for many products. Advertisements occupied a significant portion of marketing of products. Now after the lock down, the meaning and interpretation of marketing has changed. Today marketing is more about handling customers' perceptions. So some sort of a linkage has to be built between marketing prior to the lock down and marketing in the post lock down period.
This concept of linkage is applicable to all disciplines and domains. If this linkage cannot be built then it will be impossible to maintain the continuity of what we are doing.
So I am facing a problem of maintaining the linkage between the pre COVID-19 era and during the pandemic of COVID-19.

Working in the pandemic era is difficult while comparing the working with the pre covid period... Though you can do a lot of arm chair research but one can't be that much focussed while at the back of mind is the rising scenario of covid 19 cases... I guess we need to learn to live with present situation but taking utmost care while delivering our professional duties.....
