Use 4T1 mouse breast cancer cell line. Well established for breast cancer . 10 lakh cells in sterile pbs a booster dose in tits of mice. Mammary gland. Wait for 2-3 days. If not developed again 5 lakh cells additional dose. Am sure it will work.
