Protein Misfolding leads to amyloid fibril formation through the pathway: Monomer to Oligomer to Protofilament and then Matured Fibril. While investing the cytotoxicity of amyloid fibrils, it has been found that Oligomers are more toxic than Matured Fibrils and these Oligomers play an important role towards Protein Misfolding. Immunoassay have been developed to detect the Oligomers using OC and A11 antibody but it is costly.

So I want to know what are the chemical tools that I can use to detect these medium molecular weight Oligomers ?
