Any research for any aim is for happiness . In this line I have expressed my views sometimes back which I submit herewith for your perusal
Any researcher remains all the time happy as he cannot afford to restrict his mind & keep any tension ,worries , & frustration . Research should remain all the time impartial ,I believe that Research is for also imparting the knowledge for their co researcher for exchanging their views which may help the readers for the benefit & also for their guideline . It is in this line sometimes back I have expressed the similar views which I submit herewith for your kind perusal .
For any research , researcher imparts his experience & knowledge of course for his own proficiency & also to submit to the academic institute for acquiring higher academic performance .
Apart from his own benefit for his knowledge research always helps the university students for their own learning & also for their knowledge & apart from this certain research which may be different areas just as Pharmacy , Medicine, Food Technology & such other areas research may imparts benefits to the consumer .
This is my personal opinion
Most People-of-Science are special people - they always can find happiness. Simply - consider Happiness as the main goal of the Research
This condition of existential happiness, pleasure and bliss in scientific research occurs by the expansion of our human consciousness. It depends upon the creativity to connect the many dispersed parts with the whole blueprint of reality. Following this cognitive strategy, we become living micro-images of the supreme scientist, our creator.

To be successful in the profession; to make useful and original studies, to be a successful educator, to educate successful students, to help the society and people if his/her discipliner business is related to the service sector, to see the respect it deserves in return for his/her labor.

Serving their local community with quality research, providing useful outcomes and benefecial applicable recommendations, and sharing their research with the world!
For me the biggest cause of happiness is the "Eureka", having found the original answer to a real scientific problem. Have generated new knowledge.
Zeal to leave their mark by helping to solve basic societal problems to impact and impart knowledge....that willingness and passion to establish such legacies are researchers source of happiness
