I cannot use branched DNA or multiple probes. Need a single probe which I can detect using a bright fluorophore. The best option for the probes is  LNA probes from Exiqon - Very expensive, but gold standard :(  . I was looking for something cheaper to test the sequence first. And I already have the fluorophore that works best for dSTORM application. I need a probe to which I can attach my fluorophore(whichever is required)
