What are the basic possibilities to identify the target of novel compounds with antimycobacterial activity?

I have prepared a series of 30 derivatives of PZA, some of them exerted activity at MIC = 1ug/mL. What would be the most simple way to attempt to identify the possible subcellular target of these novel compounds?
