I have done Microbial Limit Test on Herbs and found some OOS. The Bacteria gram stainng was observed as Gram Positive Bacillus. i would like to know the species commonly found in herbs (raw material).
You can perform sequencing or PCR based identification. Otherwise, there is no answer to your question (with limited amount of information).

Among the many kind of bacteria found in plants (including roots) are the famous Bacillus thuringiensis and Pasteuria penetrans that we can use to protect plants against insect parasites and nematodes.
