I am working on a research that involves working with strains known to be over-producers of various classes of efflux pumps. I have seen that most of the research involving efflux pump over-expression are done using strains like SA-1199B, XU212, RN4220, E. coli K12 AG100 etcetera.

However, I would like to know if there are any ATCC or other commercially available strains of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli or Pseudomonas aeruginosa which show good/strong efflux pump activity.
