Can i have one link of your publication using Park System for TERS/SNOM/AFM-RAMAN?

Are you asking about their TERS systems? I have used AIST-NT one for TERS and AFM/Raman. It is very reliable and the tip-optics alignment is easy. They also have top- and side illumination. However we used our own TERS tips, not those provided by the company. I doubt it is suitable for SNOM though.

There are also NT-MDT TERS systems out there, and Witec has an AFM/Raman one.

Never worked with Nanonics.
