I need to know the methods to disperse polar sorbent in non-polar matrix (dodecane). What kind of chances enhances this property. Please suggest any one have suggestions, experience and literature regarding this one.
The title of your question does not really match the text your wrote afterwards.
And the links are even more confusing.
What exactly do you want to do?
1) non-miscible substances (the oil water problem): if you want to dissolve an hydrophilic substance into an organic solvent (or the other way around), then you want to create an emulsion.
2) if you want to chromatographically separate an hydrophilic substance using a non polar stationary phase, then you want to do normal phase LC (though I don't know why one would try to do it).
3)HILIC does not fits well with solvents like dodecane.
4) you put a lot of links about SPE. Hence a natural question would be: what do you want to purify? "Hydrophilic neutral analytes" is way too generic.
