I’m looking for examples of long self-report measures. Most of the examples I’m familiar with are personality scales (e.g., the MMPI, CPI, and NEO). Can you suggest any prominent self-report scales that assess non-personality constructs? I’m mostly interested in widely used scales that comprise at least 200 self-report items.
In a way, every self-report measure is about personality. Almost by definition. Self-reports must be contrasted with performance-based measures, which can include personality tests but also measures of abilities, achievements, etc.
Personality traits, attitudes, values, interests, emotions - as long as a person is rating him- or herself, in one very real sense you are measuring personality.
That said, I suppose some folks would consider interest inventories (to take one example) as somehow different from measures of traits or what-have-you. So you might consider the Strong Interest Inventory.
And there are scales on which people self-rate their abilities, though it's debatable whether those should be grouped with actual ability measures.
But what's the purpose of this search?

My research will examine respondent fatigue while completing long self-report measures. My goal in collecting examples of a variety of long measures is to illustrate the existence of long measures within various subfields. Thanks for recommending the Strong Interest Inventory—this is a good example of the sort of thing I’m looking for.

Nathan, another very long one is the YSQ–L3, Young Schema Questionnaire – Long Form, 3rd Edition. It counts 230 items. I worked with an earlier 205 item-form; no complaints by patients. I also worked with OCD-questionnaire of my own making: 117 items, the patients had the opprtunity to conclude with comments on the questionnaire. No complaints, probably because it was a relief to recognize so many items ("I am not the only one"). Of course, both questionnaires had to do with personality; the one by Young more directly than mine.
