There are different types of parasites transmitted like Toxoplasma gondii, Taenia saginata, Taenia solium and Sarcocystis species. As wellas, trichnosis.
There are several parasitic diseases such as taeniosis (Taenia saginata,Taenia solium), trichinois (Trichinella spiralis), toxoplasmosis (Toxoplasma gondii), sarcocystosis (Sarcocystis spp.), and mesocestoidiosis (Mesocestoides spp). ,which human can acquire by eating raw or under cooked meat. There is a long list of helminthic diseases that are transmitted through ingestion of fish. You may please refer second edition of my book entitled "Zoonoses" , which was published in 2007.This book gives information on all the zoonotic diseases, which are transmitted through meat, milk, fish, water etc.

Kindly , we have long list of parasites can transmitted by meat of ruminants ,fishes , birds
some like
Taenia saginata,Taenia solium,Trichinella spiralis, Sarcocystis spp., and some can transmitted into carnivorous animals like Toxoplasma gondii and Echinococcus
Meat-borne parasites are Sarcocystis species, Toxoplasma gondii, Taenia saginata, Taenia solium and Trichinella spiralis. A total of 300 animals including 100 cattle, 100 goat, and 100 pigs, slaughtered in El-Minia governmental slaughterhouses. From each animal, five samples were taken from different muscles (esophageal, tongue and cardiac) and different organs (liver and brain).

I think there are many parasitic diseases such as taeniosis , trichinois, toxoplasmosis , sarcocystosis (Sarcocystis spp.), and others ,which can infect human also.
The frequency of this disease is relatively low however the primary prevention and control measures of Sarcocystis in which humans are the definitive host consist of adequate cooking of beef and pork. The first transmission route occurs when uncooked pig or cattle meat infected with Sarcocystis sarcocysts is ingested. It may also be found in variety of wild animals.
