Local thermal equilibrium (LTE) and Local thermal non-equilibrium (LTNE) models works on open boundary conditions.
While reading literature I have observed both words "Voigt fluid" and "Kelvin-Voigt fluid", but I am not getting that both are same or different. Can I get clarification please?
