I found a little research on the TP53 oncogene for HCC (see PDF below).

Most of my research indicates that biomarkers are really the parameters you will want to monitor. There are so many options to monitor for beyond the traditional AFP and DCP biomarkers. I have attached some of the papers below.

Let me know if you would care for a more complete list of biomarkers. I can continue looking for other oncogenes if you would prefer.
