Some times a researcher requires to publish a scientifc data article in a peer reviewed journals. Data notes do not require analyses or conclusions. Which scientifc journals specified in this? Please, advise.
In a scientific journal, most articles published are one of the following types
Original Research, Review Articles, communications/letters, technical notes, review papers and case study.
I think you need to search for journals which publish technical notes in your area. If you think your work must be disseminated urgently, go for communications/letters. Remember that each type of article have their own formats and an outline of this shall be found from the journals "Instruction for authors" page.

Dear Mohunnad , I advice you to publish in the Thomson Reuters expanded journals, unless you will not gain benefit of your published articles.
