I am planing to start a biotechnology company mainly focusing on training students to be better researchers (R&D) ,laboratory supplies and academic publishing (Three Wings).What is your advice for a beginner like me ? How I can be successful entrepreneur ?

Define success from your perspective, and then determine the most direct and efficient way of getting from where you are to where you want to be. Determining what success means is key to achieving it.

This might come a bit late, but I still feel like sharing it. This article by Timothy Butler on Harvard Business Review website discusses some research findings on characteristics of successful entrepreneurs in this decade. Here are some portions from the article:
