What are good protease inhibitors that won't affect thrombin activity?

Hi,

The protein I am purifying is very susceptible to degradation so I would like to keep protease inhibitors throughout the washing and bead suspension steps. However, thrombin is used to cleave the protein from the beads, so I need to know some good protease inhibitors that don't affect thrombin activity.
