Would anyone please explain what are the differences in planar array and CBA/LUMINEX?
Read this paper you will know the difference and advantage about Multiplex cytokine ELISA and Planar array CBA/LUMINEX
thank you very much
I have used milliplex (with the luminex machine) and it was very good for such a large sample size and to look at so many cytokines. However it is VERY expensive for just the plates, let alone the machinery to run it. Hope this helps!
If it is not a secret. How much it cost you?
