I want to have a good publication of analytical aspects of quantitative PCR not RT PCR. I need to know whats the dynamic range and how it can done best?

thank you for your answers. As i said, I am asking literature for semi quantitative PCR (SQ-PCR), there are plenty of info on RT pcr.l am trying to develop that assay . Please No RT PCR, just SQ-PCR
