Recently our Department got a Biplane DSA Machine after a constant effort of years and surprisingly thats not all!
We have to establish the entire set up right from educating and training everyone around including support staff, residents and clinicians about 'What all can be done and more importantly how it can be done'.
Setting up the intervention room, (tables, trollies, space management even cupboards ! it includes everything) procuring hardware and streamlining the work flow and all.
Your suggestions, experiences, stories, checklists and do's don'ts (how little may be for you) will help us a lot. Kindly share
One strategy could have been to get a turn key project where you could have also put in these specs and requirements with the initial DSA machine and made a holitistic proposal
Thanks for the reply sir. Yes that’s done and now is seeking the trends workflow and assigning roles. Also arranging hardware and other tools.
