Since the last two decades there is a tremendous amount of boom towards graduation in IT. However., recently it have been observed that the job market for IT graduates is almost saturated. So what do you think about flooding towards IT related graduations and its relevant job market?
whatever you thought is exactly right. I am totally agree with you.
As you said, the job market is saturated, but may be you didn't noticed that some of them who saturated this market are less skilled than those who are not in the market.
And I know, no one can stop this.
The only thing is, people with less skills will be ready soon even though the salary is less. while those who are talented will wait for the right salary.
and that's why, one day, this saturation will degrade the IT market.
and those who are less skilled, will sometimes become disappointed and will start doing illegal activity by making misuse of their knowledge.
And this is a broad topic to think upon. I hope every research will contribute in this and may someone will suggest the way to get rid of such things.

The job opportunities of IT graduates will be by individual value creation (by their skills) and not by mere certification, I mean that graduates have to be agile with the massive technological disruption characteristic of the contemporary society. If you are beginning a 4-year course in IT now, by the time you complete, more than half of what your learnt would have been outdated. We are currently studying to address problems we do not know exist (example: COVID-19), and the seriousness is that we are going to use technologies that haven’t been invented yet.
Most people believe that AI is going to take away most jobs. However, I have a different view. AI will present new opportunities to people (skilled) who are ready to embrace it. Consider photography as an example, still photographers are out of job. But photographers with enhanced skills (like the ability to self-edit, using drone technology, etc.) are on top.
Summary: graduates need to be responsive in the face of the technological disruption to be successful in employment

I fully agree with Adasa Nkrumah. I also believe that the current pandemic has once again demonstrated the importance of IT not only for the containment of the spread of the virus but also for the assistance and monitoring of the sick and for the sanitation of the hospital and non-hospital environments. In fact, many hospitals using robots, more or less "intelligent" and more or less "perfect", but all very useful to monitoring sick (24/24 hour) and to sanitation and sterilize the environments. These are just a few minimal examples that demonstrate the need and importance of IT which, in my opinion, will be increasingly present in our daily lives. For all these reasons, I think the job market for computer science graduates will expand more and more.
