You can preserve the Membrane at 4 degrees in tin foil for a long time. Do not strip.

Dear Khawla, I have stored membranes in 1xTBST at 4 degrees for a long time! Strip only when necessary for further analysis or if the reviewers ask for it. Otherwise, you can leave them stored as they are without stripping.
