Dear Colleagues

I saw lot of request and question for "free data analysis software" in ResearchGate. Most of requests are about the special topics such as plant breeding, genetics etc. Web apps developed by R language can meet the requirements and they had high potential as data analysis tools. I would like to share some of them, which are avaliable on the web, to help related researhers. There is no need to software, dowload or set up for these tools.

BAFR App

Users can perform comlete or partial dilallel analyses including methods for LinexTester, Nort Carolina, Griffing, Hayman technique. It has also capeble of Stability analysis. AMMI-Biplot and GGE-Biplot can also be performed. It is in Turkish language.

SelectWave

This app for spectral data anlysis. The application (SelectWave) has four sub-menus including data input, pre-analysis, post-analysis and about tabs. Data for dependent and independent variables should be loaded as calibration and validation sets separately. The pre-analysis tab includes four derivative functions and five pretreatment algorithms for spectral data analysis. Wavelength selection is possible with filter methods Variable Importance on Projections (VIP), Selectivity Ratio (SR), significance Multivariate Correlation (sMC) and minimum Redundancy Maximum Relevance (mRMR), and PLS based wrapper methods Interval Partial Least Squares (iPLS), Genetic Algorithm (GA), Iterative Predictor Weighing (IPW) and Uninformative Variable Elimination (UVE) under the post analysis tab. During the data modeling phase, the application provides Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR) and Support Vector Machines (SVM) regression to the user. It is in English language.

MVC1_R

Developing and Implementing an R Shiny Application to Introduce Multivariate Calibration to Advanced Undergraduate Students.

TableReport

This Shiny application is intended for constructing Word/rtf mean ± SEM tables with letter-based representation of all pairwise comparisons using popular statistical tests in one-way ANOVA.

SumAOV

This Shiny application is intended for constructing Word/rtf mean ± SEM / SD tables with letter-based representation of all-pairwise comparisons using Tukey-Kramer, Duncan, SNK or LSD tests. It is useful when the original individual observations are not available, and where only the sample size, the mean and the standard deviation/error for each factor level are known.

The list keeps getting longer.
