There is a paper by Bykov, 1999 using 32P postlabelling and HPLC and radioisotope detector. We have tried LC-MS but we cannot get enough sensitivity. Anyone with this kind of equipment and facilities their could be interested in collaboration? Or having knowledge about which equipment to buy?

I have tried it for the analysis of metabolites of radio labeled Carbofuran. But it was not successful. actually it is still in developing stage. Further, separation of radio label compound and and normal compound is an issue.
