The driver you need will depend on the specific software that you are running (The revision # and type, but you did not say). Besides several versions of Water's Empower, that same FLD module is operated through several other CDS packages. Which one and rev # do you need?
Dear Bill, we have Breeze2 system. And the OS is Vista Business. As I know, the CD is universal and one may find the drivers for all systems (Breeze, Empower)
So you are trying to use the 2475 under the low cost 'Breeze' software, not 'Empower'. I am not sure that the 'Breeze' CDS can control this complex FLD module (I would need to look it up and can do that when I am back in the office next week). The correct instrument control software driver is usually supplied with the original software (Breeze). If it is not listed, it may be because Breeze CDS does not support it. Waters also has available driver packs for their research grade CDS (Empower) which can be downloaded from their website (after you register). Maybe they have the same thing for the Breeze system too?
I would again strongly suggest you contact Waters (or a local technical service rep) for assistance as they usually help licensed owners with basic questions at no cost.

Dear Bill, we contacted the Waters representative in Russia, they said, we should pay for visit of engineer. Also we sent the letters to [email protected] -- no answer.
Breeze may control the 2475, there are two versions of this device - one for Breeze and other for Acquity. The are the same inside, but the case are of different colour. I'll try to use Empower CDS, will download in at my work on monday and also I'll check the breeze CD. Thank you
