My product will be contained in toluene, and while purification stage toluene will be given water washings, so the output toluene layer will be having water traces, for removal of the water traces i'm thinking of adding some vacuum salt in corresponding proportions, so can you tell me will there be any effect of vacuum salt over toluene layer,.
I'm not familiar with "vacuum salt" but I would try magnesium sulfate or another drying agent.

No, there will not be any effect to your toluene layer. Trace moisture will be reduced from it.
As Mrs Rahod told, water -toluene phase splitting and miscibility in each phase are governed by phase equilibria laws of thermodynamics. You may treat the toluene layer with a dissecant with an adsorbent for water.
