Wasp in pupae of Thyrinteina arnobia (Lepidoptera: Geometridae)?

In 2017, we found wasps in pupae of Thyrinteina arnobia in the field.

I would like to know who can identify this insect. The quality of the photo is not good, but I can take better ones if needed.
