If I am using different subroutine for the same .cae file its running well. so i don't think i have problem in .inp file.

Can you explain what are these term AX1.., B1.. representing in your answer, and where i have to put these term in subroutine or inp file ?

Well, this is quite a big subroutine, so obviously haven't gone through it line-by-line but I have some comments.

1) You are running 1e-7 timesteps for 10 seconds... that is a lot of calls to your subroutine. Depending on the length it takes to calculate 1 iteration, the code will be solving your problem for quite long!

2) In my experience printing to the screen/file also make things run very slow (depending on the buffer size, etc). Obviously this only becomes a problem when it starts solving, but worth looking into it.

3) This would be my bet. In my experience "STOP" is a very dangerous Fortran command, as far as I know, it stops the whole program, not just the subroutine. And because the Abaqus solver is some form of Fortran/C mix most likely, you could be killing it, line 222 for example. I would change the stops to some conditional execution that ensures you return the thread to the solver.
