I've published a preprint https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.02.11.637722v1 presenting a novel borax-based method for RNA gel electrophoresis. My research shows that borax, surprisingly, exhibits denaturing-like behavior in RNA separation.

To gain wider acceptance for this finding, I need independent researchers to replicate my experiments. I'm looking for volunteers with RNA analysis expertise to help establish the credibility of this method.

I'm requesting a simple replication of my experiment, not a collaborative project requiring co-authorship. I will provide detailed and comprehensive protocols to facilitate successful replication.

Additionally, if you're seeking a simpler and safer method for RNA integrity analysis, I encourage you to try my borax-based method. It offers comparable resolution to traditional formaldehyde-based methods with streamlined protocols.

If you can help validate my findings through repeating my experiment, or are interested in trying my method for its ease of use, please reach out via ResearchGate.
