I have written VerilogHDL code for FIR filter and now am in position to see the frequency response of FIR filter . Since there is no feasibility to see the frequency response in Verilog HDL tool, can any one suggest some other ways to see the frequency response ? orelse How to convert VerilogHDL code into MATLAB code?

You can use Matlab Coder to convert Matlab code to Verilog HDL (C like) code. I think there is no tool from Mathworks to perform the inverse conversion. However, you may find an EDA-vendor tool to do this.

I noticed that the HDL code you wanna simulate and view is about an FIR digital filter. Why to convert it to Matlan? I think you'd target its implementation on a specific DSP (like Shark DSP from TI) or an FPGA (like Xilinx or Alterra). Therefore, You'd better decide which device (preferably a DSP) and download its tools. You can a wide range of examples with their codes and compilation / visualization tools.
