I am developing a new (titration-based) method for lime requirement of acid soils in the tropics. The reference method is the titration procedure by Dunn (1943). I am not sure about which tests should I perform for validating the new method ?

For the validating process, is it appropriate if I test the repeatability, intermediate precision, trueness, limit of detection, and limit of quantification ?
