Using SPSS AMOS software for SEM technique, a model fit indices such as CFI, TLI and RMSEA are directly provided by AMOS, but I was not able to find them via PLS-SEM software. What are the alternatives in this case? what are the names of those indices provided by PLS-SEM that provide model fit quality assessment?

No model fit in PLS. just focus on you factor loading. You can ignore model fit here.

The only best alternative is to use another software, preferably STATA. I ran in to problems using SPSS and refused to use the AMOS module as it was not as flexible as STATA.
STATA is command based, but they do have GUI driven version of it, so it is something like SPSS (but yes, I wanted to get the full experience of using it and I learned that having knowledge on some aspects of the command line is good).
Once you have obtained STATA, just utilize the SEM module which is easy to use. There are so many tutorials online. You can generate your model (path analysis) and then calculate the predictably and goodness-of-fit of the model.

When I use SMart PLS, I need to showed the indexes (RMSEA, GFI, CFI, NFI, TLI, AGFI, PCFI, PNFI). These indexes are not output from Amartya PLS, but I can get through in R?
