Hi fellow researchers!
I am currently using SOFA framework to simulate soft tissue deformation, using liver under pneumoperitoneum as my case study. After CT segmentation and mesh, I used a component named TetrahedralCorotationalFEMForceField to do some deformation and i want to get the displacement vector field but I have some problem with continuing. As it can be seen from the link, the blue liver without yellow dots is the final result and the simulated deformed liver should achieve similar shape.
Do you think this is the problem of CR FEM? What should be done to make the modeled deformation better? Can someone give me some advice? I am looking forward to your kind help.
