To cut things short: reusing the syringe and/or the needle might result in contamination of the subsequent samples. If this doesn't matter, you can do it.

I agree with the previous answer. mRNA being what it is, I would try to avoid ANY uneccesary contamination esp by nucleases. Best, D. Booth

Seems you are dealing with RNA. I would suggest you use a new one every time rather than cleaning and reusing. It would create cross-contamination and lead to false results.
