We are thawing our cryopreserved PBMCs and subsequently to do an in vitro culture of natural killer cells. We always experience clumping when we thaw the cells. Someone recommended the use of Benzonase but we still do see clumping of our cells. I was wondering if any one knows of any other anti-clumping agent that may proof more effective than benzonase for this particular experiment.
