Whenever Unfolded Protein Response is triggered, it is known that three pathways (IRE1, PERK and ATF6) are activated. The disintegration of Bip from these proteins initiates the pathways. Is it necessary that all the three pathways should get activated, or are there any exceptions where few of the pathways are activated.
