I have calculated the CTCF values of my cells under varying circumstances. What does a change in these values mean? Such as an increase/decrease in the CTCF value compared with integrated density.
Sorry if this is very broad.
The CTCF method does a background subtraction and also takes the area of the cell that you are measuring into consideration. Check this out:
