Hi,

I need to make contact angle measurements on PTFE, ideally with diiodomethane. As you may know, the product is quite toxic (for repiratory system mostly). But my drope shape analyser is not under a hood or anything. So I worry about diiodomethane vapors in the lab wihch has no windows, only a big door. Even with adequate respiratory protection I find it dangerous as the DSA is not under ventilated hood. As I have never use this product, what would you advise me to do?

Thank you by advance.
