Если Вы хотите просто "поговорить о жизни", то у Вас есть много вариантов для разговоров без реальных дел.

Но, если вам нужен результат (спасенные жизни людей), то я извещаю Вас, что существует только один метод, который успешно прошел испытания реального прогноза землетрясений и научной экспертизы ведущих стран мира.

Если вы хотите получить знания, накопленные мной за 20 лет успешных исследований, я рекомендую немедленно связаться и создать Центр Глобального прогноза в Германии или Австрии.

Мне 77, у нас идет война, все, что я сделал и нашел может быть просто потеряно для людей.

Выбор у вас простой. Или объединить наши усилия и срочно создать Центр, и осенью, до зимы успеть создать первую сеть краткосрочного прогноза.

Или игнорировать мое предложение и самим лет 20 искать то, что я уже нашел, сделал и успешно прошел научные экспертизы и реальные испытания краткосрочного прогноза.

Я думаю, что объединить сейсмологов и создать единый Центр - это не большие затраты.

Кто готов уже сейчас это начать, пока я могу передать опыт, напишите здесь, тогда я свяжусь с Германией и Австрией.

If you just want to “talk about life,” then you have many options for talking without actually doing anything.

But, if you need a result (saved lives), then I inform you that there is only one method that has successfully passed the tests of real earthquake forecasting and scientific expertise from the leading countries of the world.

If you want to gain the knowledge that I have accumulated over 20 years of successful research, I recommend immediately contacting and establishing a Global Forecast Center in Germany or Austria.

I am 77, we are at war, everything that I have done and found may simply be lost to people.

Your choice is simple. Or combine our efforts and urgently create a Center, and in the fall, before winter, manage to create the first short-term forecast network.

Or ignore my proposal and spend 20 years looking for something that I have already found, done and successfully passed scientific examinations and real tests of short-term forecasting.

I think that uniting seismologists and creating a single Center is not a big expense.

I deeply appreciate your significant contributions since two decades. Your work in this area is clearly groundbreaking, and As I’m a beginner in the field I am eager to learn from your extensive research.

Your proposal for creating a Global Forecast Center to consolidate efforts and utilize your proven methods is both intriguing and inspiring. Yes. This is the only method that has already successfully passed a dozen examinations and several tests. First, laboratory tests 2005 - 2011. Then 2012 - 2013 - interstate tests under the supervision of prof. Nikolaev, academician A.O. Gliko, prof. E.A. Rogozhin, employees of Keilis Borok...

If you officially send a proposal for cooperation in the joint opening of an international Center and if two or three more researchers from other countries want to participate in the international Center, then I will contact the state that can become the leading one. In Israel, this cannot be done because they will not allow me to work with countries where the main language is Arabic. I don't care, but I have to not create controversy in Israel.

Да. Это единственный метод, который уже успешно прошел десяток экспертиз и несколько испытаний. Вначале лабораторные испытания 2005 - 2011. Потом 2012 - 2013 - межгосударственные испытания под контролем проф. Николаева, академика А.О. Глико, проф. Е.А. Рогожина, сотрудников Кейлиса Борока...

Если Вы официально пришлете предложение сотрудничества в совместном открытии международного Центра и если еще два-три исследователей из других стран, хотят участвовать в международном Центре, то я свяжусь с тем государством, которое может стать ведущим. В Израиле это делать нельзя так-как мне не дадут работать со странами, где основной - арабский. Мне это безразлично, но я вынужден не создавать противоречий в Израиле.

Поэтому я жду предложений, которые надо присылать на мой адрес на этом форуме.

Если Ваша страна в БРИКС, то можно попробовать связать через Россию. Но все равно надо писать предложение на мое имя в этом форуме.

Уважаемая Dhaneshwari Sharma, уважаемые коллеги, желающие участвовать в создании Глобального Центра. Да. Вы можете ускорить создание международного Центра. Наиболее стабильная страна сейчас - Австрия. Я и все члены Хайфской лаборатории - мы живем в Хайфе.

Израиль сам не финансирует прогнозирование (и не имеет способа прогноза) и мне не даст создать Центр, так-как в нем наверняка примут участие арабские страны. Мне в Израиле не позволят это делать. Потому мы должны переехать в ту страну, которая будет заинтересована представлять мой патент и в ведущих институтах открыть обучение специалистов для глобальной сети прогнозирования.

За счет той части патента, которая перейдет стране, мы сможем приобрести жилье в том месте, где будет находиться институт. (В Австрии есть ведущие институты горных наук.) Мои сыновья работают в Израиле на уважаемых работах уже около 20 лет. Естественно, что они не должны опуститься до уровня мигрантов (они выполняют работу ведущих системщиков специалистов в институте "Технион" и по тем же специальностям, специалисты которых нам будут нужны. (Они с 2003 года делают "для меня" работу по возможности наших финансов из их зарплаты и пенсии ветерана войны - моего папы... (сейчас папы уже нет. я не заработал пенсию, - мне не давали работать в Израиле. Потому мы живем примерно на уровне ниже израильского нищего). Поэтому переезд может быть только при условии полного финансирования подъемных (это компенсируется передачей части патента стране-инвестору).

Поэтому, если инвесторов будет несколько, больше шансов создать Центр и к зиме поставить начальную сеть из 5 - 6 станций, чтоб можно было дать прогноз землетрясений 6 и более.

Если есть лаборатории стран, которые хотят стать первыми участниками и владельцами Глобального Центра, сообщите мне.

Я не имею в виду отдельных лиц, я имею в виду предприятия заинтересованных стран (хотя там могут быть и индивидуальные предприятия).

Те, кто думают. что от переезда мы много выиграем, я разочарую. Мы живем в доме в 200 метрах от городского плажа и парка. Экстремальной жары здесь нет (рядом море). Если бы Израиль дал работать, то мы здесь бы и сделали Центр. Возможно, мы так и сделаем. если не будет желающих создать Центр.

My grandson graduated from the university three years ago with this specialty and is now teaching programming. I propose not to waste time, but to send a letter of appeal addressed to me from those enterprises that want to participate in the creation of an international Center for Short-Term Forecasts. Everyone understands that 100% reliability is due to the fact that both the anomaly at the stations and the earthquake itself were created by the same forces. The patent is entirely mine. The first participating countries will join the board of directors. I am writing to several leading countries with a proposal to create Centers in their countries that duplicate each other in case one of the Centers leaves.

Всем понятно, что 100% достоверность связана с тем, что и аномалия на станциях и само землетрясение созданы одними и теми же силами. Патент полностью мой. Первые страны-участники войдут в совет директоров. Я пишу в несколько ведущих стран предложение создать в их странах Центры, дублирующие друг друга на случай выхода одного из Центров.
