How many base pairs U6 snRNA should have?

I'm currently doing northern blot both on fish liver and HEK293 RNA. As a control I'm using U6. From what I've red U6 should be placed around ~120bp, but I'm getting signal at around ~400bp both in fish and human cell line (using same probe). U6 is a part of U4/U6.U5 complex, so maybe I'm detecting some larger RNA? Or is there any other explanation?

Thanks.
