If I have certain score then measured it individually, grouped , teamed scoring, for 2 groups experimental one and controls , Can I apply 2 way repeated measured ANOVA or not?
I have 2 groups experimental group and controls. I measured a certain score for every participant on individual, then if he is in a small group , then at a big team, in that case may I consider the difference in situation from individual case to group to team is like a time factor and the experiment is like a condition to satisfy all requirements of 2 way repeated measures ANOVA

I am still not sure if I understtood it correctly. You have 2 groups experimental and control, ok. But now you assess them at two different conditions (big team, small team?), so you have two factors Group X Situation, but with repeated measurements on the second factor, since every participant has been measured twice? If this is correct, you have a 2 X 2 split plot design, since it incorporated independent (groups) and dependent (situation) measures. If all assumptions hold you can use a 2 factorial split-plot ANOVA.
Every participants is measured 3 times , by himself, then group, then in team
Then you would have a 2X3 split plot ANOVA. But if you have self and other ratings, maybe a response surface analysis may be interesting for you.
