I am performing a two way ANOVA in SPSS using DUNCAN post-Hoc test for comparing the means. However, I get the results individually for each factor and all variables and factors are not compared in one box as a result. Can anyone suggest what I can do about it or maybe SPSS does not support this option and I should use Minitab. As can be seen in the attached images each factor is compared separately.

Actually I want to prepare a table like this and therefore need to compare the means of pH considering both 2 factors (concentration and storage period). The attached images above give the ANOVA test for comparing means individually (once pH with storage and another time with concentration) but not together for both of the factors like the attached table here.

When the interaction between the levels of the factors is significant, the SPSS does not provide an option to perform the Duncan post-hosc test or any other. Then you can enter a new variable that indicates the combinations of factor levels and perform the test with the simple Anova option and the post hoc test that you want to perform and then make a table like the one shown in the previous answer.
It is still not clear what a,b,c s indicate in the picture. Are they meant for rows or for columns? Or for both as indicated by Margarita.
Anyway, do you need to do Duncan test? I prefer comparing simple effects inside the levels of a single factor, rather than doing a post-hoc test, in a 2-way ANOVA.
If you need to do Duncan test, I think you don't have any other option than Margarita's suggestion.
I think Minitab 17 (choose general linear model) is better than SPSS in calculation ANOVA for your case
You can make a comparison for levels of A factor in each of B factor's levels via mstatc.
You can do this analysis in the SAS or Jump and get what you want. This analysis is very easy in the JUMP if Tukey or LSD is acceptable for you instead of Duncan test.
