Hello everyone,

I'm trying to detect PSD-95 by immunofluorescence in primary neuronal cultures using anti-PSD-95 (Thermo #MA1-046). My neurons were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, and I tested a dilution of 1:100 with overnight incubation at 4 °C (~16 h), but the signal is still very weak.

Has anyone used this antibody for IF and found conditions that work better? Any tips or recommendations would be very helpful.
