Our magnetic beads have a loading capacity of 0.7 mg/mL, meaning that 1 mL of the bead suspension can bind 0.7 mg of IgG. For the cell lysate-to-magnetic bead mixing ratio, please refer to our protocol: typically, 25–50 μL of magnetic beads are combined with 5–50 μg/mL antibody and 400 μL of cell lysate.
