Is it possible that triton X-100 with the concentration of 0.1% interferes with Bradford test?

Yes. The BCA assay is more compatible with detergents. Thermo-Fisher also has a detergent-compatible version of the Bradford assay.

Here is information on compatibility of substances with several protein assays.
