I am investigating the proteomic response of a Trichoderma harazianum species. I have gotten all of my data through Perseus and am looking to further characterise the response in STRING and KEGG mapper. My proteins codes do not give me matches against any Trichoderma species organism options in STRING or KEGG. Does anyone use any other organism in order to get results?

There is a study on biocontrol fungal agent Arthrobotrys oligospora,
* KEGG pathway analyses in showed that those genes upregulated in fungistatic and glucose-relieved conidia were mainly involved in translation and substance metabolism
