On the attached picture is the a result of putting a graphite rod in a oxyhydrogen plasma, it is transparent plain sphere, it is not hollow. The dimension of these spheres are maybe in order of 10um or less. Here we can see them under microscope magnification 40x. Can anyone tell me what this could be?

I haven't seen something like that before but what you could try is to perform Raman spectroscopy on those bubbles - this is usually a very sensitive method for analysing carbon phases.
If I were to make a guess I would think those might be some hydrocarbon bubbles formed by the carbon and the hydrogen from the plasma.
Johannes, when you say "bubbles" you mean liquid bubbles or solid? These are plain solid spheres.
I meant your solid spheres - these can be easily studied with Raman spectroscopy.

Very interesting your online journal. I have put on researchgate one article wich was not peer-reviewed because I didn't have money for that and it is there as technical paper. Can I put it in your on-line journal? It is about measuring the temperature and electron density of the oxyhydrogen plasma with defraction technique.
Sure thing - you can use the online submission system (also on www.jtsp.eu) for which you have to register (for free, of course) and it would be good to have suggestions for about two reviewers (but this is not mandatory).
Then it will enter a usual review process and the referees decide about the publication.
